Payment & Delivery
To secure your pod, a 25% deposit is required, followed by an additional 25% progress payment prior to your installation (7 days in advance of your installation date). The final balance then is payable on the last day of installation.
Credit or Debit Card via Telephone
You are welcome to phone us with your order and provide your credit details for payment at the time of placing your order. We do charge a 2.5% processing fee on all credit card transactions.
Direct Deposit
O-Pod Buildings Ltd. are happy to accept payments made directly to our bank account via electronic/BACs transfer. To use this option please check your invoice for our bank account details or call in on (0161) 962 8485. Please use your surname as a reference so we can match the payments up on our end.
Whilst we can accept a cheques for a deposit, we do not accept cheques for the final payment.
Your Pod will usually begin it’s life in our manufacturing facility as soon as we have confirmation of the deposit received into our account and on receipt of your specification document. Within 7-10 days of ordering we will then be able to confirm a firm delivery date. Lead times presently are running at approximately 5-6 weeks. *Should your installation date change due to unforseen circumstances, we reserve the right to re-schedule to a more approproate time and move your installation to the next available slot.
Delivery and Installation
O-Pod Buildings Ltd. will deliver all over mainland UK. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for all installations over 50 miles from our base in Manchester. Should you wish to discuss our delivery rates please do email us or call on (0161) 848 9770
Whilst all care is taken when delivering your O-Pod, should a component become damaged during transit we will endevour to replace it within 30 days of the final installation date. We regularly check back with all of our clients after the installation to check that the Pod is in perfect working order and that there were no complications during installation. Should you find that after the installation has taken place, there is a manufacturing defect or installation fault apparent, we shall endevour to replace and repair any defects within 30 days of your query.
We always work to ensure your pod is installed within 15/20 working days of the order being placed once the deposit payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, or we have reached our full manufacturing capacity, your installation date may be delayed and our lead times extended. If your installation is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that your building will be fabricated in time for your required date before your order is placed.
O Pod Buildings Ltd respects, and is committed to protecting, your privacy and will only process your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (as amended) and any other UK privacy legislation in force from time to time.
O Pod Buildings Ltd. does not sell, rent or loan any information that identifies you to any third party without your consent. Any credit/debit card details provided to us to enable us to process your payment is destroyed upon processing your payment in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
To prevent fraud and ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process.
